We are a full-time event decorating & balloon bouquet delivery service all inside a card, gift & collectables store with 2 convenient locations. We have 7 full-time employees and with 3 vans can accommodate all your decorating needs. Balloon Masters decorated for some of the countries largest conventions & events like: National Home Builders Association, NYS Democratic Conventions, and the Cleveland Browns.
