The LES of NYC, here we are a small salon, 3 chairs really. So sometimes it gets a little crowded, but do we have some fun!!
Since 1998, we have been here working on creating cutting edge style in a place where people meet, connect, learn, laugh and love. Complimented with art ever changing on the walls, we invite you to listen to new music, get styled, hang out and HAVE FUN! We are right here in the East Village 428 East 9th Street between 1st Ave & A, we are on the south side of the street.
Personal Conduct:
It is our goal to create a pleasant relaxing and entertaining atmosphere for all of our clients. We ask everyone that comes into Hair PI to be courteous to others and to the salon staff. We do ask that you please turn off the ringer on your cellular phone while in the salon. We work in an area with close personal contact with client and stylist, so we ask that clients reschedule their appointments in the event of illness. We DO reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone who is showing signs of illness, or seems disruptive to the experience of other salon clients.
We always welcome walk-ins and try to accommodate whenever possible. We do recommend that appointments are booked in advance, in order to hold the date and time of your preference. We DO require a deposit or Credit Card number to hold an appointment.
Cancellations: We do maintain a cancellation policy for all salon services. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 Hours prior, will result in a charge that will be 75% the cost of the scheduled service(s). A "NO SHOW" will be charged 100% of the service(s) cost.
Our Guarantee: We make every attempt to make sure that you are satisfied with your service and salon experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to book another appointment to correct any service within 10 days of your original appointment date.
Payment methods: We gladly accept Cash, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and debit cards. Gratuities are accepted in cash only.

* Prices do not include NYC sales tax. All prices are a base price and may vary depending on length, texture, and colour of hair, and time needed to complete the service. For corrective colour work, we offer a complimentary consultation and will discuss price prior to booking your appointment.
