Learning, curiosity, and motivation are natural and ongoing processes in children’s growth. We encourage children to be aware of the environment and appreciate the things around them. Our staff creates an atmosphere wherein these qualities are nurtured and encouraged.
At All My Children Day Care we have a very exciting curriculum that includes Jewish Studies, bilingual language education in Hebrew and English, and Universal Pre-K. Our system encourages children to speak both Hebrew and English throughout the day and these are supplemented by classrooms rich in Hebrew and English printed materials. We integrate Music, Movement, Drama, and Nature Programs into our curriculum.
We know that children lean best through activities that capture their interests. We provide a wide variety of learning materials that are both interesting and educational. We also enrich our curriculum with computer workshops, a music and movement specialist, programs based on the Jewish holidays, speakers that come on and off site, and trips ( Green Meadow Farm, The Hall of science, Long Island Children's Museum and the firehouse, just to name a few). Our large playground and movement classes provide an excellent environment to develop gross motor skills.
Parental participation is an important component of our program. We foster parent involvement through various parent-child workshops and other parent child activities through out the year.
