As well as meeting planners or conventioneers whose attendees include parents who require on-site day care. |

The Baby Sitters
Over the last 59 years, the needs of mothers and fathers have dramatically changed, and along with that, the Baby Sitters' Guild has made traveling in from out of town, whether internationally or domestically, a more enjoyable experience for everyone. Our sitters will come directly to your hotel, fully prepared with age-appropriate games and arts and crafts to keep your children fully engaged throughout the evening.
For the past 20 years, we have worked with meeting planners to create a day care environment for conferences and conventions that are held in the New York metro area.
The staff for such events is carefully selected from among our already existing and experienced staff of child care providers.
We have pediatric nurses for newborns to one year, and child care specialists who are adept at creating a day care environment complete with arts and crafts, educational games, puppet theater, as well as other special projects.
For our international clientele, we know that not speaking the language can be frustrating for a small child. Therefore, as a special benefit for tourists traveling to the U.S. with children, we offer a multilingual staff with over 16 languages spoken among them.
If business or other obligations preclude you from spending the day with your children, we can help by providing your child with a mini tour or excursion throughout New York City and the boroughs, that is both educational and fun.
Indeed, our sitters are requested from as far as Australia and all over the world by parents planning trips to New York, and individual members of our staff have traveled with our clients on family vacations and other journeys to provide parents with reliable and caring assistance for their children.
