My name is Doug and I`m president of Blue Alert Investigations which , first and foremost, is a licensed and insured New York State Private Investigation firm. I`m a retired NYPD Missing Persons Squad Sergeant. From my 20 years of experience, I know many of the tricks of the trade to locate a missing person. Nothing gives us more pleasure than reuniting old friends after many years of being apart. We also have to take precautions to make sure that the client has good intentions toward the missing person. We do not reveal addresses and only reveal phone numbers if the subject agrees to this. Because of privacy laws, we make contact with the subject by telephone and inform him / her that our client wishes to speak to him / her. If this is agreeable to the subject, we arrange communication between the two parties.
We must have at least a name or Social Security number to start an investigation, eg : We can`t locate birth parent if name unknown. Our fees are : A $149 investigation fee. This investigation entails checking various computer databases, researching old records and directories, searching civil and criminal court records and many other investigative techniques to assist us in locating and contacting this individual. We are a licensed and insured New York State Private Investigative Firm. Be assured that we are trustworthy and accountable for all of our investigations.
We`ve found from experience that "Seeing is Believing". This is especially true in the private investigation business. We utilize video surveillance for Infidelity Investigations, Workers Compensation Cases, Child Custody Cases, and in any practical situation where it would be helpful to our client`s cause. Still photographs are taken from the video footage as needed.
The results are then documented in a professionally written report which may be used for court purposes. We are available to testify in court if the need arises.
