Circle Collision Center is a company which has been family owned and operated in the same location since 1978. The company was founded by Arnold and Jerry Bernstein in 1970 and was recently taken over by Jerry's son, Paul Bernstein, and by Michael Marinelli. Paul Bernstein grew up in the business with his dad and his uncle. Michael Marinelli came to work for the Bernstein's in 1980 and learned the business from the ground up.
Michael and Paul have a combined 30 years of experience in handling insurance claims and customer relations. Between the painting and the heavy collision repair, Circle has grown into one of the largest repair facilities in Rockland with a staff of ten highly qualified service technicians and two owners who run their own business - no go betweens - when you come to Circle Collision Center, you will always do business with "the owner." People like that.

Estimate Vehicle by a NYS Licensed Estimator - no guessing - within a 24 hour period of drop off or pick-up if not driveable.
The estimate is transmitted, via the computer, directly to your carrier.
We begin working on your vehicle immediately -- our shop becomes the adjuster - saving valuable days. Circle Collision Center will guarantee the repairs to the original customer for as long as he/she owns the vehicle to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform with general industry standards in sue at the time of the repairs. Due to the many diverse parts used in the repair of vehicles, the guarantee shall not exceed the suppliers warranty for any part on which there is such a warranty.
This guarantee does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, misuse, damage and neglect. Damage unrelated to the accident or other reasons for which the vehicle is being repaired. Damage not included in the agreed repairs. Loss of use and unrelated compensation. Repair of rust. Damage caused by environmental pollutants (acid rain)
